Mitch, My wife stopped at WLV today completely on a whim and unknown to me. The new NOC is many times larger than the old and according to Helen, is already beginning to be used. My wife confirmed that there is some equipment and people working in there. The new t.v. commercials arrived today and Helen was kind enough to let my wife view all three. She was asked not to be too specific in divulging content, but they all take place in a company board room and revolve around the "Telco in a Box" theme. In the second commercial the Chairman opens the box, which displays Franklin's logo outside, and sees a bunch of robotic figures efficiently running a network operations center. The ads are in the hands of an agent who is negotiating for time slots, hopefully CNBC during the morning hours. They will begin early May, possibly as soon as the first. Ron
