I'd also like to get Gary's opinion on this. Just because somebody writes a letter, doesn't mean that the company is a fraud. Gary is pretty familiar with the DOCSIS stuff.

Personally, I think that throwing a dart would be as good as finding that letter, if somebody was looking to short. Looks like TERN can get to $100 pretty easily without anybody's help.

And unfortunately, I will be on a plane from market open until 8:00am.
