Is it re-organization or higher managment not getting along with ED and company's startegies??? This is the third one leaving from higher mangement and among tens (maybe hundereds) of lower mangements, who have bailed out during the last year alone.

It would make many quarters for new management to get rolling on their new positions..

I don't know what to think any more? positive, negative or just changes out of desperation??!!
