Syd,

Please forgive Thor, for he is only expressing his anger and frustration with the company and its current owners (we, the shareholders do not own this company, Jensen, et. al. do) There are some issues to be explained by them here, and perhaps in front of more substantial forces than you and I and Thor. Let us leave that where it is for now.

We are supposed shareholders, but have no voice with this now, perhaps defunct company.

We hear "rumors" of "Rhodium coated beads", but little of substance comes from the present Huum, well, I suppose convention impels me to call it "management", but that somehow sticks in my throat, please forgive me.

While I would berry, berry much like to believe that Jensen, et. al., are furiously working for our collective purpose, I have little to show for my supposed belief that they are. I would surmise here that they are very busy covering their collective ASS!

I would very much like to know the fate of the shares that Jensen sent to Europe, the shares that Jensen and Twiford stole from the company for the "catalyst", the fate of the 500 lbs of slime that they supposedly had years ago, and lots of other "slimy things" that have been announced and have subsequently dissappeared. I would like to know the fate of the 87,000 dollars of PGM's that Twiford told me he had hanging in the tanks of the GPGI refinery years ago. I would like to know why Les Reid told his shareholders to sell GPGI at $3.00 and would like to know why I did not have the good sense to listen to him. I would like to know what happened to the efforts of the supposed previous owner of the Oro Grande to extract PGM's from his well water. I would like to know who the person was presented as Mike Thomas and his High School Analysis Team was and where he is today.I would like to know about "Stan and Mike" who were doing "Consolidated Noble", and where they are today.

"Stan" told GPGI to go "piss in the creek", as I hear it.

Twiford always seems to have another answer to the last failure, but I surmise that he has basically been supported by our (yours and mine), not Jensens, for many years while he supposedly peels the proverbial onion.

Well, Folks, I submit to you that though Twiford has told some folks that he has the onion peeled, sadly, I predict, he has not!!

Proof would arrive in the form of a substantial check from any rspectable refiner, and further verified by a reputable accounting firm, preferably not centered in aridzona nor Salsa Lake City!!

Jensen, you Coward,

Jack!!
