Under the terms of the agreement, Healtheon/WebMD will engage its direct sales force to introduce and promote the WebMD On-Call product through direct sales, marketing and Internet promotions. NotifyMD will serve as the exclusive provider for WebMD's OnCall program, presented to WebMD's existing and prospective physician client base.
