Yes, I believe you've got it right. Shares sold are "minimal" percentages of total holdings. I believe the sales here are nothing compared to insider sales of numerous stocks for which scarcely a complaint is heard. I also believe further that these guys love nothing more than to present old news and thoroughly biased information as being significant to tomorrows action, in a situation where they feel a fall is likely even if they say nothing.
