unrelated fraud yes / related to credibility of "report", well you can draw your own conclusions. I am not Anthony@Pacific - what's your point? Why don't you spend more time asking the question why Terayon misled investors instead of attacking the messenger? Terayon management have made numerous misleading statements suggesting their technology is the next DOCSIS standard - that's why CableLabs served them with the "Cease and Desist" letter... As it says: "CableLabs has evidence Terayon is making misleading statements to the public concerning the DOCSIS specifications and Terayon's possible contributions thereto." 206.229.94.15 If the shareholders knew what they were really buying at $285 - do you think they would have bought TERN?
