dan b, Yes, I believe you've got it right. Shares sold are "minimal" percentages of total holdings. I believe the sales here are nothing compared to insider sales of numerous stocks for which scarcely a complaint is heard. Actually it looks like the CFO sold all of the shares he was able to sell at the time - just after the CableLabs Cease and Desist letter came out. His remaining shares do not appear to have vested yet. Thus he did essentially sell 100% of his shares available to be sold. Maybe you should check your facts before spewing garbage...
