What are you looking for? This release is really dilutive. Now they've pissed all the money away, they find out the need more. Am I surprised? Production in the year 2002? If the loan - at the lenders option - is converted to shares at $0.20, that's a whole lot of shares.

I think we've seen this picture before by the same management that controls a company based in Ghana. Complete and effective control has now been passed to the new boys. So it's really in their hands what they want to do with this company. If they want the stock higher, that's where we will go.
