You should know darn well the above is misleading as all get out, if not plain false. The meeting was on January 13 in Denver. Terayon sent two representatives. Between then and February 2 they continued to market themselves as being the co-author of DOCSIS 1.2 even though they knew there was no longer any such standard. The status of a possible future standard is spelled out in Terayon's SEC filings, though you have to wade through a lot to find the substance. As for shame, I suggest you listen to the conference call --- replay: 402-530-7934 --- if it weren't so sad you could write it off as Fritz and Rakib do Cheech and Chong. Something tells me Mr. Lopez isn't laughing. Pat
