The only question I have about the voucher system is how parents who barely function themselves and take only the minimum care of their children will be able to make any legitimate decision at all. Transportation? What a nightmare that would be! Color me James, but I'm for far stricter enforcement of AFDC -none of this unlimited, "You can't tell me how many children I can have-it's my Godgiven right!" (And I've heard this enough)If they continue to breed without the means to support a child, remove the child. Until you change things at the very basic level-the family, all the changes at the education level, job level, none of it matters. I'm just spouting off here--why not? Daggone, that durian's good.
