Projected Returns

Cash flow (EBITDA) is projected to be 26.6 million USD in year one.
Return on the investment over five years is expected to be $126 million USD (approx. 85% R.O.I. after expenses and financing costs).

"Slam-dunk" is the first expression that comes to my mind.

Now let's see how the deal will be structured ...
A carried 1/3 interest would IMO make Sungolders the happy bunch, we once were.

Add in Horsepower and we're half way to the moon.
Add in Horsepower, Richmond and ... oh well, who cares about the moon?
