Weiss-Yourman is appealing the class action suit against Hitsgalore.

Recall that earlier this year the court in Florida dismissed the suit, even after W-Y filed a revised complaint with far more research in it.

Well, on March 24 W-Y filed an appeal. The case has now moved to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

I'll bet this news won't be announced by the company!

The docket from the district court is in the next post. Look at the bottom for the notice of appeal.
