Dipy, thats a hoot. As an AMAT investor, I get nervous when someone rolls out that line. No one sane believes the industry is now immune to cycles; but,from the optomistic side this current cycle appears ( at the moment, ALWAYS, at the moment) extraordinarily strong based on huge long term demand ( three year visibility), and weak capacity from mucho underinvestment over last two, maybe three, years. Hey, and maybe this time everyone will be sufficiently cautious and we won't overbuild and overshoot precipitating the next down cycle. NAH :0)
