Technip Group has purchased all shares of Coflexip held directly and indirectly by Stena International B.V., which results in Technip holding 29.68% of Coflexip. more: biz.yahoo.com Hi Mel, this is my first post here at SI. I have loosely been following CXIPY for about 3 years. There are not a lot of people posting about it that I have found. I'm not sure if you've read any posts by Bob Bowker: his take is that it's a solid company but there's too much lag in getting as accurate information as he gets from US companies. One thing I've noticed is CXIPY's price seems to have a mind of its own. Like this morning it can go opposite the direction of others in the industry. Regarding the above, in the press release everyone is making nicey-nice, like this will be a non issue for the company. I guess I'll take that at face value - Joel
