Yaacov. I can see why you are strongly against being sued.

Yes. I own Nokia and have been holding it strictly for long term for over a year now. The news gets better every day but Nokia is slumping again.

Here is an interesting article from Red Herring. Note that the tech sector is the best performing sector but whisper numbers are out of sight in many cases and end up hurting the cos. I have mentioned to you yesterday that the SEC should investigate in the right places. Let's look at where those whisper numbers are coming from. It does nothing but disturb the markets. Where I come from, whispers are things you want to talk about but don't know for sure. That's why you don't talk openly about it. I can't believe that the street even takes whisper numbers into account. It should NEVER even be reported. Leave it in the chat rooms.

So much for a good opening in the NAZ. Wow. The NAZ is plunging while I am posting this. I guess we are retracing the lows. Maybe then things can turn around. TA people are always talking about having to retest the lows. Never did make sense to me but then I am not a TA person. I just look at it because if enough people talk about it, it will happen.

I hope you did not plunge the proceeds from your Bond sale into stocks all at one time.

I will be off after this.

Sonny
