hey perry, look on the bright side. . . at least we are not down 10% like vrta for the day or 15% like gspn for the day . . . at least not so far. the market is just plain ugly for the techs right now. i think earnings are NOT going to have much of an effect, even good earnings. i get the distinct impression that its as simple as the investment managers and industry analysts all saying 'techs are overpriced and old economy stocks have been oversold'. not sure where the naz bottom is, but it doesn't look like we have hit it quite yet. let's all hope that it is REAL close though. regards, john
