I kind of agree with you, Soxan. Whether it happens by rumor or fact, I do think there is the possibility of a run-up based upon the speculative wishful thinking hysteria that brought many of us into this morass.
Although I must tell you that I still feel that someday the mysteries of FL will be solved, and those that are still in the picture could reap the benefits.
