John: you may not have downloaded the original NetJet completely; that's why you can't find. If so, try a new download/update of the latest version. Here's a couple of other ideas: Remember you should double click the NetJet icon to start with. Don't start up your browser first and then NetJet. If you turned OFF your browser (Netscape)before YOU CLOSED NetJet the last time, you've messed up your browser settings. That's why you must restore them to use the browser again WITHOUT NetJet. To restore the browser settings, you need to do a search to find RestReg.exe (DO THIS BEFORE TRYING TO OPEN THE BROWSER.) Just click on Start>Find>Files or Folders and that brings up the window. Type in "RestReg.exe" and hit Return. (This is what I told you previously.)Hilight and Double click on this file and you'll see "Restoring Browser Settings" (or something like that). After a few seconds you can THEN open Netscape and it will work as usual. Again, remember , if you can't find that file, you may have an aborted download. And remember, if you do get everything working WITH NetJet, always OPEN FIRST WITH NETJET AND CLOSE NETJET when you're finished browsing. That keeps NetJet in control of the browser. I don't know much else. Good luck.
