Here's the problem, or rather, here are the problems. 1: Consciencious parents would want their children to attend the "best" schools. What happens when these schools have no more vacancies? Not everyone's voucher would be of equal value, no? 2: What happens to children whose parents don't really give a damn? These are perhaps the kids who are most in need of help. Where do they get it, consigned as they will be to the worst schools?
