It would seem the person publishing the post is very promotional. Is he intentionally ill informed about the company and the security laws or am I missing something? He had better talk to his legal advisor (even his engineer friend should know, their both in the same boat). They are claiming to issue inside information. This is illegal, from what this non-legal understands.

I think it's a scam and not true. I wonder why the push to keep the price up? Is he someone trying to make a quick buck, or is he someone trying to sell his position, to cover his participation in the yet unannounced private placement completion?

This would then indicate that the placement is about to close?
