Dear John, We actually own quite a bit of our "own" equipment. All of the equipment that is required to provide mail, news, dns, authentication, and our web server farm we "own". Additionally, we manage and "own" a network of over 7000 ports in Southern California. The reason I included this as a "own" is that we typically pay for the equipment and then put it back out on some type of three year capital lease. These expenses along with the current portion or our leases make up most of our short term liablilities on the balance sheet. It is also why we have used much less shareholder's equity to reach our size than any of our competition. cgb
