OKLAHOMA CITY, April 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Aspen Group Resources Corporation (formerly Cotton Valley Resources Corporation) KTNV announced today that it will be trading under its new Corporate Name and Symbol effective Monday, April 17, 2000 on the OTC Bulletin Board. The Shareholders of Aspen Group Resources Corporation approved the name change at the meeting held February 28, 2000, and arrangements have been made so that the shares will now trade under the new name, and under the new symbol, "ASRG".
Aspen Group Resources Corporation is an oil and gas exploitation, production and development company based in Oklahoma City. The Company currently owns interests in approximately 500 wells and an equivalent number of offset locations in eight states with a predominant focus in Oklahoma and Texas.
