Only adding to existing positions: INTC, AMAT, CSCO, NOK, EMC, SEBL. I maintain a pair of downside target on every stock I own, picked from the chart. For example CSCO will get a nibble from me at 56, AMAT at 85, SEBL at 85, NOK at 38. JDSU and TXN are possibilities; problem I have with them is there are still too many momentum players in them and the valuations don't make sense by my figuring. Won't touch YHOO, EBAY, etc. The valuations are absurd.

Hey, I have a stock that's actually up today! MEDI's up a few bucks - at least for now...
