OT Silicon Valley posters: Just out; in February, for the first time the median price for a new home in the 9 county Bay area exceeded $400k. The median price for a used home exceeded $333k. For purposes of comparison, the national median for both used and new homes is around $140k. Silicon Valley posters have you thought of Bay Area adjacent....Sacramento?!! ted
