wanna know what's really, really bothering me? well i'm going to tell you anyways. . . even with the naz down to @3900, there is NO sign of the capituation (a very negative trin) that almost always accompanies a bottom and there is NO sign of a dead cat bounce off of the lows that the naz is setting, which also usually is associated with a market bottom.

these factors do not bold well for the short term outlook for the tech stocks in general.

here's hoping i am very wrong.
