IMHO CDNW should merge with EMUS and/or Reel.com ...

EMUS digital download ....IUMA...and RollingStone.com makes sense....

& Reel.com is the major video outlet on the web with
backing from Hollywood Video and CMGi....

just makes sense (cents!) to me!
