The funds have a ton of cash, they are on the sidelines waiting to see the PPI and CPI, IMO. Everyone remember, tech earnings are coming heavy next week, and a double bottom in the Nasdaq is a good technical indicator for buying and holding. The problem is, we don't know where the next bottom is.
