Stan - this is based on several factors

1) Nas trading range was 2500 to 3000 from May 99 until Nov. 99 Then it went to the moon. I feel that 3200 is more realistic, however I feel that due to the massive selloff it will test lower for people to come back en-mass to the market to take it back up.

2) DOW is 2000 pts. overvalued here, many economists are saying that due to the rising interest rate enviroment which the FED will not back off from. This will cause a drag on the NAS as it begins to sell off soon.

This is my take on it and for the market to look healthy again this is were it needs to go.
