West: oil prices falling and a decent PPI on Friday should break the fall on Monday-Tuesday. The charts show me many that are very close to bottoms I will not hesitate to buy at. While midday prices may dip lower, I am quite confident we will not close below 3500.... in this entire year. (Of course, I mean give or take 50 pts.) The economy's too strong and the tech revolution too real, IMHO.
