Jock: I too am chagrined that I will not be able to hear a "new era" thinker saying why history is irrelevant and how the internet/semiconductors/mobile-phones/wireless-technology has turned us into a new species, beginning circa 1995. As for your "Ten percent is enough for the Broad" comment, you said it, not me. With me it is not ten percent, but at least 20 percent, and 25 percent if I am really happy with the service. And to me again, a waitress is not a "broad", but a person making an honest living.
