Sorry guys, but reading all these news releases is a hoot: Fircrest Resources Ltd Director appointed 1990-09-06 close $0.16 Thursday Sep 6 1990 Mr Hans R. Banziger reports Henry W. Schwang has been appointed to the board of directors. Effective today, the directors and officers of the company are as follows: Hans Banziger, president, chief executive officer and director; David Valpy, secretary, chief financial officer and director; Garry Montgomery, director; Donald J. Rackemann, director; and Henry W. Schwang, director. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Fircrest Resources Ltd (FCH) turns into NTC Capital Corporation (NCP) which turns into Sungold Gaming Inc (SGI). Makes me wonder if this is their turning point after ALL these years, or just another promo.
