Dilution indicates that EPS will be diluted because of more shares. That's not the case here. EPS are calculated with the shares HWP owns.

Current outstanding shares are 452 million. Current float is 65 million (from the IPO).

After June 2nd, the outstanding shares will be 452 million and the float will be 454 million (65 + 387 that HWP owns).

That's not diluting the EPS, it's just providing more shares that can be traded.

PS. This is the first time that I've seen the outstanding and the float be the same. There's always some sort of restricted shares. Can anyone explain this? Will the float go down a few weeks after June 2nd?
