First,

I am not a basher. I have a different opinion than you. That does not make me a basher. And yes.. I posted same URL on more than one board using old alias..."nomorefraud" ("Despy" was already taken at YAHOO.)

Second,

The news I posted links to was released in the past two days. It mentions companies like IBM and ORACLE teaming with AETNA and OXFORD to undercut "HLTH." I think its best to sell this stock and detach any temporary emotional ties that one gets when he sees his investments shrinking.

FOR THE MOST PART:

I completely agree with the business plan. However, I do not see that HLTH is giving its investors the best return on equity. Other companies are aggressively enrolling physicians on their sites. HLTH is not. That bothers me. Without the DOCS, I want to know where HLTH will generate enough revenues to break even on costs. They gonna buy the docs with all that cash? HMOs tried that move already.. They failed.

I am not opposed to the plan. I just want to see something positive in the short term that indicates this company will make it to the "end game." Your free to leave your money here if you choose. I converted all my shares to cash before it gets bearish. You may be right, but its better to be wrong with the all your cash than wrong with no cash.

GOODLUCK AND HAPPY TRADING
