Interesting development, another CableLabs letter: The missing part of the CableLabs Cease and Desist letter trail, which is really a retraction by CableLabs can be seen here: geocities.com In the second paragraph Cablelabs clearly says "in reviewing the record, we realize that the statements were more a matter of interpretation" In the last paragraph it says "Cablelabs would like to reiterate that Terayon is an important contributor to the DOCSIS program. We look forward to continuing to work with you in the future" It is clear from this letter that there is not a problem between CableLabs and Terayon as some on this board would like us to believe If don't have all the info, you may walking around with your head stuck in a place where the sun doesn't shine
