It seems to me the best way to play AIMM under your scenario would be to buy cheap, out-of-the-money calls. This would entail less risk AND a greater reward. The thing that has me worried is AIMM's suspicious movements before the Myelin data were released. First, the precipitous decline, then a sharp rally on explosive volume. It was interesting that the data were released promptly after the expiration of April options.
