Rande Is: If you are correct, and NASDAQ begins to approach the 3000 level, would you be aggressively buying tech stocks again in anticipation of a bounce? Or is this akin to "catching the falling knife?" Are you going to avoid the techs entirely over the summer? Also, are you still going to hold a summer portfolio of non-tech stocks in addition to your REITS?
