April 13, 2000 - Golden Fortune Investments Limited ( CDNX:GFX ) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved to incorporate Asia Wireless and Web Technologies Limited. Under the Alberta provincial charter, Asia Wireless will be stated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Golden Fortune Investments Limited. The plan is to consolidate "Project Gateway"; China Wireless Internet related proposals using WaveRider Communication Inc. (OTCBB:WAVC) products and MOU agreements for Wireless ISP Network under Asia Wireless and Web Technologies Limited.

Mr. Xiaowen Quan, GM NORCEF of Nanjing, China and Mr. Simon LeeChuy CEO Global Enterprise, Calgary, Alberta to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Tong is currently President & CEO of Golden Fortune Enterprises Ltd. and has strong business management background in the securities Industry. Over the past 10 years Mr.Tong has been developing his connections, relationships and network of personal and business contacts in China.
Mr. LeeChuy is CEO of Global Enterprise Systems Support Group, Global specializes in Networks and Connectivity. He holds an engineering degree from Siliman University, Philippines. Mr.LeeChuy brings over 20 years experience in Wireless Communications. He has been very effective in Networking Connectivity in all Environments.
Mr. Quan is General Manager of Nanjing Orient Railway Communication Equipment Co. Ltd. (NORCEL), a communications company of the Ministry of Railway. Mr. Quan has over ten years experience in the Wireless Communication Industry in The Peoples Republic of China ( PRC ).
