Guess what--I very clearly got it buddy--big time--and they very clearly have a no comment policy so Bozos like you can't claim they told you some BS--the document on their site , which is after the C&D letter is very clear--TERN will likely have SCDMA COCSIS release, whether numbered 1.2 or not. AND it clearly and expressly references another letter to TERN--the one on Geocities--I get it--you choose not to. You have no "research". You have an out of context letter whixh has been retracted--and you are misleadingly making believe it has some significance. Their own website says as much..
