You not only can order certs from your broker, but you can allegedly create a panic among shorts by saying you are ordering your certs and making it impossible for them to borrow the shares to short. Of course, I've never seen that actually work, but it is the last sign of a stock that is going down the tubes. Call for your certs!!!
