except, even Judge Jackson did not rule MSFT's contract practices illegal. Likewise no evidence of lying or cheating. Just a pattern of behavior designed to exploit their monopoly position which would not have been questioned if MSFT had a smaller market share. Stating a conclusion based on your own false premise is one of the flaws of rational debate that they teach in high school - but maybe this guy didn't get that far.
