Notice the rock solid support yet at the same time no-one is chasing SSRI. Typical of one buyer trying to accumulate as much as possible as quietly as possible. Look for the rest to be gobbled up shortly, and I would be pointing the finger at Apex (SIL). They have a big project right near SSRI in Bolivia and are openly on the prowl. Happens to be controlled by Paul & George Soros. ID
