John, you may be right about the number of shares, but not the exercise price, typically the charge is the difference between the market price and the exercise price (considered compensation). It is possible that they had to take the charge on the 30th day that the stock was above $200, and that turned out to be when the stock was in the high $300, and the exercise price might be in the single or very low 2 digits area. The charge would be then some ($370-$10)X 500,000, or about $180 MM or so.
