Really smart ... spend some before the market takes it back :-) I totally agree and intend to do the same. Got a gorgeous playground for the kids out back, have done much in the way of home improvements, and a few luxuries that I would not have otherwise purchased.

Those are things that will always be reminders of the good days.

The thread always gets stressed during corrections. This has been the worst I've ever seen, and I think a lot of people were truly stunned and unprepared. Does that make you stupid or greedy ??? How many people have sold too soon over the last year only to watch their stock go on to ridiculous valuations? It's been a crazy market, and now the tide has turned and we must turn with it. If it means looking outside of tech for opportunities, than that's what people should be doing ... like Jane with oil drilling stocks. And, cash is the most beautiful investment of all these days .... I hope everyone has a good bit of it stashed aside.

I made four trades today .... broke even on two and lost on the other two. I'm not buying anything tomorrow. Mostly cash but what I am holding I'm not selling here, for better or for worse :-)
