Skeeter, Loooks like the deal is still on but everybody's question is at what price??? There is still to much confusion on what the resulting value is going to be. With only a partial cash allowance for a part of your BXM shares we are still up in the air as too how to place a valuation on the newly created stock. the market seems to be holding this 21.00 price so far. Could this be the valuation people place on the new issue?? I have called the company but have not received a call back yet. I think I will try the people at GZTR and GZSP to see what they say. BIll
