Anyone want to explain what those results mean ? Are they only looking at unblinded data ? How many SAEs would be expected without treatment ?

4 deaths seems pretty low to me in a trial this size. Should we be encouraged ? [Edit: I mis-read it. It's 12 deaths. Wha t is that 4 in brackets after death?]]
