<And what are your targets, then?> I consider a semiconductor stock fully valued when it is has a leading PE of about 30 (any PE of over 30 is highly suspsect in this relatively cyclical business) Intel, THE market leader, historically traded below this PE for a long time. It took the "relative valuation" insanity for the PE to expand to 60.
