I consider a semiconductor stock fully valued when it is has a leading PE of about 30 (any PE of over 30 is highly suspsect in this relatively cyclical business)
Intel, THE market leader, historically traded below this PE for a long time. It took the "relative valuation" insanity for the PE to expand to 60.

Comment: So when do you see AMD breaking $100 then? And how about $150...Personally I see $100 within short term sights (probably tomorrow) and $150 by the end of July (conservatively)...I'm not always right,particularly wrt to day trading, but I'm not afraid to venture a target and substantiate same!
