My take is that there is not enough liquidity yet( enough shares) for institutions to accumulate beyond positions they now have, and secondly its to speculative to their parameters as yet. In general, it seems most instit. like to see over 100 price,an established revenue stream, et. before jumping on. These are my general notions, not very scientific, so please don't crucify me.
