LiveWire in talks with ACTV Thursday April 13 9:37 AM ET ACTV, Liberty Media in Talks on TV/Web Venture NEW YORK (Reuters) - ACTV Inc. (NasdaqNM:IATV - news) said Thursday it is in discussions with Liberty Livewire LLC, a unit of Liberty Media Group (NYSE:LMGa - news), about the possible formation of a global television/Web venture. The company said it expects to release additional information about the talks on Friday. ACTV is a digital media company which has developed technologies known as HyperTV and ``Individualized Television.' Liberty Media is the cable TV programming arm of AT&T Corp. (NYSE:T - news)
